Elle a commencée sa vie en tant que Graflex Home Portrait, mais fut modifiée, probablement par une compagnie montréalaise, pour lui ajouter cette longue lentille.  Apparemment, elle était installée dans le Stade Molson de Montréal pour prendre les photos des joutes des Alouettes de Montréal (football).  Nous savons que la lentille a une longueur focale de 14 pouces (355mm) et l'ouverture est de f/6.3.  Le focus se fait en manipulant le grand levier sur la lentille, et l'ouverture en tournant un bouton sur le dessus.  Le tout est installé sur un boîtier Graflex avec obturateur à rideau et viseur reflex.  Si vous en connaissez plus sur cette caméra, contactez-nous.

It started its life as a Graflex Home Portrait, but was modified, most likely by a Montreal company, to add this long lens.  Apparently, it was installed in the Montreal Molson stadium to take photos of the Montreal's Alouettes (football team) games .  We know that the lens has a focal lens of 14 inches (355mm) and the aperture is f/6.3.  Focus is done by moving the long arm on the lens and the aperture by turning a knob on the top.  The whole lens assembly is mounted on a Graflex body that has a curtain shutter and a reflex viewfinder.  If you know more about this camera, contact us.

M. Réal Petit nous a cédé cet appareil en 1997.  Il travaillait pour la compagnie qui en aurait fait la modification et il l'avait racheté en 1975 pour la somme de 54 $C (facture à l'appui).
